Mr.Hill's Airplane

Mr Hill was a kind man who lived in a cottage. He had no job and would spend all his money on children. The children loved him and called him Mr. Dolly as he was as charming and sweet as a doll. There was a little girl called Amy, who was as kind as Mr. Dolly, and when Mr. Dolly lost his toothbrush Amy bought him two others. He was pleased !

One sunny morning, Mr. Dolly woke up and rushed to the bathroom to brush his teeth. When he reached there, he picked up his toothbrush and applied toothpaste on it. Then he made the toothbrush fly, by holding it high in the air and zooming it around. This gave him an idea!

He could be a pilot! He immediately made arrangements to go to a 'Flight Training School'. He bade farewell to his neighbours and gave the children a toy each. As Mr. Dolly climbed into his car, the children waved goodbye with tears in their eyes. Mr. Dolly set off for his school. The children knew that they might never see him again.

Mr.Dolly was 'The Best' at his school and graduated quickly.

TWO WEEKS LATER

Mr. Dolly was very nervous. Today was the day he was going to fly his first plane by himself. He got inside the plane and took off. After he flew for about an hour, he heard someone screaming. He pushed the down button and the plane dived down.

He opened the door of the plane and saw a little girl. She had a wound on her leg and was sobbing.

Mr. Dolly asked her, what happened and in between sobs, the girl told him that she was an orphan and that she was walking along the road when a car knocked her over. It made a wound in her leg. Mr. Dolly took her in the plane and flew her to the hospital.

Mr. Dolly was awarded a trophy for doing that. People wrote stories about him.

Today I am writing to you one of his tales.
